Congratulations on this unique opportunity to receive two free hours of One-on-One Personal Statement coaching. You will need to complete the following prerequisites in order to secure your place.
You must complete these prerequisites and file your 'attestation' certifying that you've done so (see the link at the bottom of this page) no later than May 3rd.
Once we receive your attestation we will forward your name and contact information to Elite Prep and they will contact you so that you can upload all of your material to them and schedule your first session.
Do not file your attestation if you have not completed the prerequisite work. You will forfeit your place in the program if you do so.

- Optional - write a draft response to the prompts
