Family College Night - March 10, 6–7:30 pm
Juniors and their parents/guardians are invited to a college-planning presentation on the application process and how Lowell supports students.

(save the date!) College Kickoff Afterschool Event for Juniors - April 10, 3:45 pm
Juniors are invited to a college kickoff presentation after school. Information will overlap with Family College Night. Hosted by the Class of 2027 Board. Presentation by Ms. Aguirre.
(save the date!) College Info Day - Saturday, May 2 (time TBC, est 11:30 am–2:30 pm)
College representatives from across the country will share information about their schools and offer application advice. • Exact time to be announced • Lunch will be provided • SAT testing will be held on campus earlier that morning
Spring 2026 ACT Bootcamp - March 28–29, 9:30 AM–12:30 PM
Topics include ACT Math, Reading & Writing, Science, and Q&A.

The Lowell College Counseling Center
The Lowell College Counseling Center, run by college counselor Ms. Aguirre, can be found in room 116 on the first floor, just past the Book to Book store (but before the main office). Check out their website page here.
In addition to Ms. Aguirre, the College Counseling Center is also staffed by a dozen or so parents and alumni called the VICCI (Volunteers in the College and Career center) Volunteers.
Programming in the College Center includes scheduled visits from over 90+ colleges and universities (you can find the schedule on the Google Calendar on the College Center Webpage), general assistance in finding schools, applying, reviewing essays, financial aid workshops and much more.
Lowell PTSA Programming
The Lowell PTSA provides financial support for programs run by the Lowell Counseling Center and coordinates additional workshops and webinars on topics requested by Lowell Families.
