Culture
High school can be a stressful time for any student – especially at Lowell. All stress, however, is not alike. What is healthy? How can stress become harmful and in what ways? What are some of the warning signs of unhealthy stress? Are there long term consequences? What can we, as parents and adults, do to help our students? Join us for an informative panel discussion with counselors from our Wellness Center and experts in teenagers and stress. Testing

PPS: Thanks to our panelists for sharing a portion of their evening with a packed house (SRO) of Lowell parents last night. I only wish we had more time (and maybe a little bit more space) to address a few more questions! Many Many thanks! |
